You retain ownership of your content.
You grant Nukleio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, transmit, and display your content only as reasonably necessary to:

Nukleio is not responsible for information copied, cached, indexed, or redistributed after being made available to a connected website.
6. Generative AI Features
Nukleio may use third-party artificial intelligence services to process prompts, professional information, job descriptions, writing samples, photographs, and other submitted content.
AI-generated outputs may:
- contain mistakes
- omit relevant information
- include inaccurate or inappropriate material

- fail to satisfy employer, recruiter, academic, legal, or professional requirements
You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated output before using or sharing it.
Nukleio does not guarantee:

- reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where permitted by law
- resell the service without written permission
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Some Nukleio features may require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable charges shown at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated:
- subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
- applicable taxes may be added
- pricing and plan features may change
- cancellation prevents future renewal but does not ordinarily reverse completed charges
- access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid period

Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider and may also be subject to that provider’s terms.

These may:
- expire
- be limited by account or user

Attempting to create multiple accounts to avoid limits or obtain duplicate promotions is prohibited.
10. Feedback
You may provide feedback, suggestions, or feature requests.
You grant Nukleio permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
11. Third-Party Services
Nukleio may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication providers, hosting providers, storage providers, payment processors, AI providers, and external websites.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, or actions.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms.
12. Intellectual Property
Except for user content and third-party materials, Nukleio and its software, interface, branding, documentation, and related content are owned by Nukleio or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Nukleio’s intellectual property to you.
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
13. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to operate Nukleio reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The service may be unavailable because of:
- maintenance
- deployment changes
- third-party outages
- network failures
- security incidents
- capacity limits
- events outside our reasonable control
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the service.
Where reasonable, we may provide advance notice of material changes, but emergency or security-related changes may occur without notice.
14. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Nukleio at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that:
- you violated these Terms
- your use creates security or legal risk
- payment is overdue
- your activity harms other users or the service
- suspension is required by law
- continued service is no longer commercially reasonable
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute terms—will continue to apply.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nukleio is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim warranties of:
- merchantability
- fitness for a particular purpose
- non-infringement
- accuracy
- availability
- reliability
- security
- suitability of generated content
We do not guarantee that stored data will never be lost or that every generated output will meet your needs.
You should maintain independent copies of important files and professional materials.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nukleio and its owners, contributors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nukleio’s total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to Nukleio during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- 100 U.S. dollars
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nukleio and its owners, contributors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- your use of the service
- your content
- your connected portfolio or application
- your violation of these Terms
- your violation of another person’s rights
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nukleio’s operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
This section should be updated before launch to identify the exact governing state, country, courts, and any arbitration requirements selected for Nukleio.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves.
When changes are material, we may provide notice through the application, documentation site, email, or another reasonable method.
Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
